Company
Software for the business of private security
Cordyn Security Management is built by Modul Development. It exists because the commercial side of a guard company — pricing, contracts, obligations, client evidence, renewals — is usually held together by spreadsheets and memory.
Why Cordyn
The gap we set out to close
Scheduling and workforce tools solve who is standing where. Accounting solves what was invoiced. Between those two sits the part that decides whether a security company is profitable: what was promised, what it costs to deliver, whether it is being delivered, and what the client can be shown.
That middle is where contracts drift from operations, where extra hours get absorbed instead of billed, and where renewal conversations start from a blank page. Cordyn is built to hold it.
How we build
Principles behind the product
Purpose-built, not adapted
Contracts, sites, posts, coverage requirements and obligations are first-class parts of the product. They are not custom fields bolted onto a general-purpose CRM.
Numbers you can trace
Every figure Cordyn shows is counted or calculated from records you entered, and every score can be opened to see the inputs behind it. Nothing is estimated on your behalf.
Enter it once
The site walk becomes the pricing, the pricing becomes the proposal, the contract becomes the operation. Re-entry is where margin and detail get lost.
Say what is true
We describe what the product does today. If something is on the roadmap rather than in the product, we will tell you which.
Talk to the people building it
Cordyn is actively developed. If something is missing for how you operate, that feedback reaches the team directly.
